Murray Macleod Architectural Services was established in 2005 to provide Architectural and Building Standards Consultancy Services to Clients involved in the Property and Construction Industry in Scotland.
- Architectural services range from feasibility studies, client design briefing, fresh bespoke designs, planning and building warrant application submissions.
- Building standards consultancy services range from SAP calculation, pre building warrant submission appraisal, post building warrant submission assistance.
Murray Macleod is an honours degree qualified Building (Control) Surveyor (BSc Hons) and is professionally qualified as a Building Engineer (MBEng) and as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Building (MCIOB). He has worked in both public sector building control, building standards and in private practice architecture.
Examples of projects designed range from domestic extensions, attic alterations, property modernisation, basement conversions, alterations to tenement flats, new build homes, and alterations to industrial units.
Murray has worked on contracts throughout Scotland - Glasgow, Dunbartonshire, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Falkirk, Stirling, and as far as North Uist.
